How purchasing works
What actually happens when you buy through S3NTRA — online checkout, licence delivery timing, and when a quote is the right route instead. This is the one place this explanation lives; product pages link back here rather than repeating it.
The buying journey
Every product on S3NTRA follows the same shape: discover the product, understand what it does and who it's for, configure the edition/term/billing combination you need, see the real price for that exact combination, then either buy it online or request a quote if that's the right route for that product. A "Buy Now" button only ever appears where it leads to a real, working checkout — never as a placeholder.
Buying online
"Buy Now" starts a real Stripe Checkout session for the exact edition, term and billing option you selected. Your card is only charged once you complete payment on Stripe's own secure checkout page — nothing is charged by S3NTRA directly, and no price is ever sent from your browser; the server looks up the correct price itself from the same catalogue you were just looking at.
Payment succeeding means your order has been received, not that your licence has been delivered yet — see delivery timing below for what happens next, and it varies by vendor.
Licence delivery timing, by vendor
S3NTRA is not an automated licence-key vending machine: every order is still checked and processed by a person, which is also why pricing stays accurate and support stays responsive. Delivery timing genuinely differs by vendor, so we state it per vendor rather than promising one blanket figure for every product on the site:
- AOMEI, EaseUS and PDF-XChange: your licence key and activation instructions are sent by email, typically within 24–48 hours of payment. This is not an instant-delivery service — some orders need manual licence processing with the vendor before we can send your key.
- Microsoft: provisioning a Microsoft subscription or licence is a genuine setup process, not an instant email delivery — it normally involves confirming your tenant details and assigning the licence correctly. After payment, our team will contact you to complete activation; we do not promise a fixed delivery window for Microsoft products, since it depends on how quickly we can confirm your tenant details with you.
A product's own page shows a short note confirming which of these applies before you buy — never a generic promise that doesn't match how that specific product is actually fulfilled.
Order confirmation
Once Stripe confirms your payment, you'll see an on-screen confirmation and a receipt from Stripe by email. That confirms your order, not your licence — the licence/activation email (or, for Microsoft, our team's follow-up) arrives separately, per the timing above.
When to request a quote instead
Some products don't have a fixed public price — a configurable solution priced per environment (like AOMEI Cyber Backup), a Microsoft offer with no published retail price available, or anything where the sourcing cost met or exceeded the published reference price and we're reviewing it before offering it for sale. In every one of these cases the product stays visible and discoverable — it's never hidden — and "Request a quote" routes straight to our team with the exact product and configuration you were looking at already filled in, so you don't have to re-explain it.
Business and volume procurement
For volume licensing, renewals, or anything that doesn't fit a simple public-checkout SKU, Business procurement is the right route — tell us what you need and we'll source and quote it.
